Mahia and Legs Diamond Whiskey. It arrived last night. Since we are always advised to choose just one poison at a time, my husband and I started with the Mahia: duh, Moroccan expat: what do you expect? OMG it was so fabulous! I just loved that all the Mahia players – fennel and figs- were present, but their presence was so discreet, making for a smooth and not cloyingly sweet drink.
Not Sephardi? don’t worry, you will love it. My – Ashkenazi – husband mentioned he is picking up a few bottled for some connoisseur friends. What next? Clear whiskey! Gorgeous bottle too!
