Chaim – Your insights on wine and food are very valuable. I take great pleasure from the fruits of your labor and passion. Please keep up the good work. With the help of Hashem and your great talents, the Kosher food and wine “scene” (pun intended) will be elevated many levels. Le’Chaim (another pun!)

I’ve followed all the wine posts on this blog, since the beginning, and I found them VERY educational, now that you started featuring video, I expect to see more of Costas. Is it doable?

I just listened to the archived show, as usual it was fun and informative. even when listening to those attending who could not quite describe the wines in “professional” terms was enlightening.

Could you feature more of Costas? He not only knows his wines, he’s witty, has a great screen presence and seems eager to teach and share. He comes across not as a salesman, but rather as a genuine wine lover ready to give us of his knowledge and describe the best. What more can one ask from a natural born teacher?

Can you please feature him more often?
